Can I open an account on this website?
No. This website helps you understand and prepare. Account opening requires the SACCO’s checks and confirmation.
How do I find the full cost of a loan?
Request a written quote covering interest, its calculation method, fees, insurance and total repayments. The calculator here does not quote SACCO rates.
Does preparing an enquiry approve a loan?
No. Preparing a draft or sending an email is not loan approval. Assessment, requirements and decisions remain with the SACCO.
What if I forget my PIN?
Contact the SACCO through a verified channel. Never enter your PIN, password or one-time code on this website.
What should I do about a suspicious message?
Do not follow the link, share a code or send money. Keep the message, then contact the SACCO using its verified email or visit in person.
Has the SACCO received my draft?
No. The draft is prepared on your device only. Opening it in your email app still requires you to send it. Confirm receipt with the SACCO.
How can I raise a complaint?
Write down what happened, the date and the response you need, leaving out account secrets. Raise it with the SACCO first and keep a copy of the exchange.
How do I confirm opening hours and location?
Use the SACCO’s published email before travelling. A branch directory, phone numbers and opening hours are not listed here because they have not been verified.
Are my planning figures saved?
No. The tools use inputs in the open page only. Changing language, reloading or leaving clears the figures. Download any results you need first.
Can I transfer money here?
No. This website does not accept or transfer money. Confirm any payment channel directly with the SACCO.
How can I prepare for a SACCO visit?
